LORINS Ginataang Mais


  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cup glutinous rice (malagkit)
  • 1 cup white sugar (as desired)
  • 1 can whole kernel sweet corn
  • 1 can LORINS Gata
  • 2-5 leaves of pandan, knotted


  1. In a pot, combine glutinous rice and water.
  2. Let simmer then boil until tender. Stir occasionally to avoid rice from sticking on the pan.
  3. Add LORINS Gata. Let it boil.
  4. Add sugar and corn. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Mix continuously until desired consistency.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
