Lorins Bagoong Sauce

Semi-liquid product from mackerel fish fermented in salt hermetically sealed and pasteurized. Ideal for seafood and meat, for Philippine vegetable and fish dishes like "dinengdeng", "abrao" and "bulanglang".

Bagoong Guisado — Fermented tiny/baby shrimp sautéed in garlic, vinegar and other spices to enhance its exotic taste. Ideal as dip to green mangoes, tomatoes and Philippine dishes like "kare-kare".
