Lorenzana Bagoong Sauce

Semi-liquid product from mackerel fish fermented in salt hermetically sealed and pasteurized. Ideal for seafood and meat, for Philippine vegetable and fish dishes like “dinengdeng”, “abrao” and “bulanglang”.
Salted Anchovies — Fresh anchovies fermented in salt packed and pasteurized in hermetically sealed container. For tastier vegetable and seafood dishes. A rich source of calcium and iodine.
Salted Siganid Fry — Baby Siganid fermented in salt, pasteurized in hermetically sealed container. Squeeze lemon juice for that appetizing dip. Good for grilled and fried seafood and meat.
Sauteed Shrimp Fry — Fermented tiny/baby shrimp sautéed in garlic, vinegar and other spices to enhance its exotic taste. Ideal as dip to green mangoes, tomatoes and Philippine dishes like "kare-kare".
